Terms
Last updated 15 October 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Bluma (bluma.design) when you use it. By using Bluma you accept them. Questions: sucodeeup@gmail.com.
Your account
You sign in with Google. Keep your Google account safe; what happens in your Bluma account is your responsibility. One person, one account.
Credits
Each message to Bluma uses credits, depending on how much work it takes; you see your balance in Bluma. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred and cannot be exchanged for money.
What you make is yours
The components Bluma builds for you are yours to use in your own projects, personal or commercial. You give us permission to store and process what you write and add only so we can run Bluma for you. Components you made and the ones in Bluma's public library may be similar to others; we do not promise that any result is unique.
Fair use
Do not:
- use Bluma to make anything illegal, harmful, or that copies someone else's work or brand without permission;
- try to get around credits, limits or security, or reach other people's data;
- use bots or scripts to send messages, or resell access to Bluma;
- put other people's private information into Bluma without their permission.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.
AI makes mistakes
Bluma writes code with AI and tests it automatically, but the result can still be wrong. Check what you use before you ship it. Bluma is provided as it is, without any promise that it will always be available or free of errors.
Limits on our responsibility
As far as the law allows, Bluma is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits or lost data that come from using it, and our total responsibility is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
Privacy
How we handle your information is on the Privacy page.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, the date at the top changes, and important changes will be shown in Bluma. Using Bluma after a change means you accept it.
